Hi, I’m Orit! Working in fitness isn’t where I envisioned myself but after many years of neglecting my physical health, I felt it was time to take a step and focus on my own strength and helping others develop strength, too. In 2012, I began my fitness journey by taking a Zumba instructor course. I felt that the fusion of dance and fitness was a great way to help me express myself and a great way to introduce my flavor of dance fitness. From there I began to teach Pound, a class which is a fusion of drumming and Pilates, TRX, and Resistance Ring. I also teach Creative Movement, Little Ballet, Zumba Kids, and Hip Hop for girls. My main focus while teaching any class is to help you become stronger and more confident, creating a better more positive you.
