Hey guys! I’m Niki and I began to develop a passion for fitness while running track and playing soccer in the early 80s. In 1986 I started teaching aerobic classes and have since followed the incredible evolution of the fitness industry as a class instructor and personal trainer. As a group instructor I develop and lead exciting classes for all fitness levels and preferences: PILATES for core agility and muscle flexibility KICKBOXING for weight loss, muscle toning and core strength BOOTCAMP for those who want to push beyond their limits, incorporating intervals of cardio, plyometrics and weight training. As a personal trainer, I design effective, fun, yet challenging workouts for my clients. My goal is to maximize their potential by adjusting each exercise to meet their individual goals, abilities and limitations. I hold certifications in GROUP/PERSONAL/BOOTCAMP TRAINING by American Sports and Fitness Association, KICKBOXING by Iteractive Fitness Trainers of America and CPR/AED certified by International CPR Institute. My AREAS OF EXPERTISE are Cardio resistance training, Functional training, Powertraining, Vertical Core stability, Corrective exercise for injury prevention and Weight management.
