Hi I’m Kayle, LMT, RYT 200, a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, which is home to the oldest and most established massage therapy program in the United States. I completed a course of study which included both Eastern and Western Massage techniques, and which emphasized rigorous sciences as well as hands-on clinical training with patients at the school’s Therapeutic Massage Clinic. I’m a NY state licensed massage therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. In addition to my massage certification, I have been a yoga instructor registered with The Yoga Alliance since 2010. I integrate yogic training with massage work by applying a knowledge of yogic breathing, alignment, and the subtle energetics of the body to my treatments. While I’m not performing bodywork or guiding students through yoga poses, I work as a visual artist. I’m a graduate of The New York Studio School of Painting, Drawing and Sculpture as well as of Brown University. Come join my yoga classes and book a massage therapy session. I can’t wait to meet you!
